From Conservative Investment point of view FIXED RATE is better.
However, if the interest rates are slashed ( like in the current sitution)
the borrower of fixed rate loses on the benefit factor.

Fixed interest rates are a good option in volatile condtions, as they maintain the same level of charge in principal.
Floating rates fluctuate with volatality of markets, change in Bank Rates, Repo Rates and CRR-SLR Fluctuations.

This is a slightly revised and cleaned up version of the video that was featured on YouTube in February 2007.

I considered releasing it as an “eternal beta” in true Web 2.0 style, but decided to let it stand as is and start working on future projects. Many of my future videos will address the last 30 seconds of this video (the “rethink …” part).

Hi I am living in Virginia and I have a vacant land in Marco Island FL.
I applied construction loan through BB&T bank to build a house and I was approved. Aug/2005 I found a builder and signed contract. I also made a deposit $61,000.00. In July/2006 because of my personal problem I asked builder to refund my deposit of $60,000.00 even. (Because they already spent $750.00 for survey,architect,stakeout..) But they ignored. I have argued for two more years and now they closed their company.(XX Home Builders INC.)
Any suggestions?

I’m sorry to go for the stock response, but you need a lawyer. If you can afford the $60,000 deposit, then you can afford to pay an attorney to look into your problem (and you need a Florida attorney, not a Virginia one). Residential construction is a very complex area under the law and I seriously doubt anyone on this website, including other attorneys, can give you competent advice based on what you’ve given us here. Call the Florida State Bar and ask for a referral to an attorney handling these kinds of matters around Marco Island.
