I love your idea, here are some links to look at.The first has a zip code search for contractors.Staining is the most viable option for a great floor as Integral color tends to fade and makes any match repair an almost impossibility.
I for one would love to see your floors on completion.Depending on designs it can be a spendy project.
My Best

its not expensive to add color to it . but to polish it well that will get you . myself i prefer the acid look . after the concrete is hard spray acid on it let sit over night then spray with ammonia and let sit overnight then use a wet vac and water clean the floor well . then buff the hell out of it . and wen you got a good sheen to it seal it then wax it . it is a much better look
PS prob with color floor . during the construction if anything gets on it it will ruin the color . PS make sure that during the construction that the floor is always covered with sawdust . buy some if need be . but keep it covered and any area that gets wet have it removed and fresh dust put down . and before the walls are put in make sure that there is insulfoam put under the floor plate . reason why is . water . the inside walls are not treated . so any water that gets under will rot the wood . and as for the buffer you can save allot of time if you buy a buffer for a car and just add a handle to it . and it will come in handy later . good luck and congrats on your new home . 2.5 bath?
WOW! you better listen to boy boy he so smert . yuk yuk yuk .
